I was first introduced to yoga over 15 years ago when a friend invited me along to a local class. I fell in love with the freedom, fun, challenge and mental stillness yoga brought to my life.
That class, and teacher, inspired me and planted a seed that many years later encouraged me to explore yoga further and undertake my own yoga teacher training.
I now have the pleasure of introducing other people to yoga, and supporting them with their yoga journey.
I am not the perfect ‘yogi’ (luckily there is no such thing), but simply enjoy continuing to practice and teach yoga as much as possible.
I live in the beautiful surroundings of Haslemere. I love mountain biking, walking, and any opportunity to get outside and explore the world. And, of course, yoga!
